Named Views are NOT reporting the correct View Center

I made 39 named views in a detail drawing (of 39 details) and the center point reported under the VIEW entity definition of all of them is 7.46 units away from the actual center at 213°.  All of the VIEWs are exactly the same size.  The VIEW Manager displays and imports the correct boundary into sheets when using the "Place on Sheet" option under the Model Views tab in the SSM.

I have a custom app that I wrote and use to help me visualize all of the views by name in model space but this problem in this instance shifts all of my visualizations (polylines with width along the view boundary and mtext at the view center containing the name) 7.46 units away along @ 213°.

I posted here because I am not looking for customization help.  My program is performing correctly.  It is the center point of the VIEW entity (ASSOC 10 value) that I get from the VIEW entity definition that is NOT correct.  This is not a consistent problem.  Sometimes it happens in drawings and sometimes it doesn't.  I made it go away in another drawing by creating a new drawing from scratch... at least I think that's what fixed it, but I can't prove it.

I have Audited and Purged this drawing (and the others) to no avail.  There is no UCS active (all are WCS).

Does anyone have an idea why Named VIEWs would NOT record their correct center point?

@hencoop

Can you post a sample troubled drawing?

Maybe I can take a look at it at work where my C3D 2020 is working.
