Mtext To Leader Text

I select leader and mtext the mtext will be move to leader third point 

here i attched drawing in what i expect

And would the Leader's tail end always aim to the right like that?  That is, can the Mtext always be placed and justified to extend rightward from the tail end?  I assume not....  If it might sometimes aim to the left, might it also sometimes aim up or down?

yes the mtext will be placed on tail end its may be any direction left or rightthe mtext will be placed 0 angle
