Mleaderstyle Properties DrawMLeaderOrderType and DrawLeaderOrderType. Do they do anything?

I've played around with both of these mleaderstyle properties and have found that no matter which way either of these are set, neither vla-addmleader nor the mleader command operates any differently.  Vla-addmleader always adds the leader first since points are required and those points are always in order of arrowhead to tail.  Mleader command always defaults to the settings used in the last mleader command(content, arrowhead, or tail first).

These properties weren't even added to the mleaderstyle dialog.  Are they used at all by AutoCAD?

I had no idea those properties existed until now, but just want to confirm after experimenting with them they are also not apparently changing anything for me either.
