I want to convert multiple polylines to layout with their viewport

or if possible convert a block with any attribute value, att-value: 001, then create layout 001

any hero can help me?

att-scale: the scale , example: 1:50

att-layoutname: layout tab name: example: layout-01
scale x and scale y: paper size, example: 594x841 for A1
