I wanted to trim all selected Mline 20cm from both end. can we do it with lisp?

In principle mode the answer is YES it is done in similar way with lines, plines, arcs
Press F3, click on end of mline then drag may need F8 then enter distance to lengthen or shorten. Yes a lisp makes life easier, entmod dxf 10 & 11, do a google for for change length of line/pline. Lots out there.
