Lisp to convert all attached Xrefs to Overlay

Hi all

People where I work just don't get the concept of "attached" vs "overlayed" xrefs and on most .dwgs, there are numerous "attached" xrefs where they really should just be overlayed.

I'm finding myself wasting a lot of time switching these from attach to overlay

Can anyone suggest/write a lisp which will automatically convert all Xrefs to "Overlay" in one hit?
