Lisp to a opened file

I wanna use a lisp to open a file and alert one string (only for example)

For example:

I'm in 01.dwg and my lisp should open 02.dwg and (alert "TEST"). But I want this alert in the newest file.

The alert always appear in 01.dwg

Can someone help?

Thanks

ps: sorry for my english.

Reference the following thread regarding limitations of LISP to do what you are asking.  Basically, you can edit and manipulate the drawing through your code but you cannot request user interaction in anything but the drawing from which the LISP was initiated (like alert would do).
