Like: WHAT (exactly) isn't working?

What (error) message do you get?

Does the lisp load?

Do you try to run a function from the commandline? if so, does the function start with C: ?

What does the lisp look like? (copy/paste or attach the code!)

etc.etc.etc.

By just saying "I have a problem", nobody will ever know WHAT problem.
