I want to change Block insertation point based on previously added Block Referance... Is that possible?

and How?

Ex.

Insert block A at (0,0)

Insert Block B at offset from A at (5,3) so position of Block B is (15,13)

If I Insert Block A at (10,10)

Than lips required to insert Block B at offset From A (5,0) so position of B is (25,23)

Yes it is.

But I do not follow your examples you are giving. Block A on (0,0) and offset (5,3): why do you get new insertion point of (15,13)?

The same with your second example.

And do you want to insert a new block B or change the position of an existing block B?

Can you post an example drawing with before and after?
