I have a ribbon that includes some large icons. All the icon image files are stored separately from the CUIX file. The CUIX file and the images are in the same path, and the path is in the AutoCAD support path.
The vast majority of the time on the vast majority of computers, this ribbon loads fine.
On occasion, on computers where the ribbon has worked for years, the large images on the ribbon will be replaced with the question mark icon that AutoCAD uses when it can't locate an image. The users who experience this problem cannot recall any changes or updates to the computer at the time the images stopped working.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Has anyone been able to find a solution to it?
