By program (Lisp / VBA) ... I want to register (Text, excel, etc.) the intersection points of lines and polyline ... can you?

Yes we can, if you upload a sample DWG , and a sample txt, or csv  file to follow the way you want it to be do.

Since my early  start with LISP , first Learning , still done, now trying to help ,  I really try to image , or wonder, if all the  original poster go to the grocery and ask "GIVE ME FOOD " because I'm hungry . but do not say what food he want, how many day he was starving, or if he prone to any allergic..... . Or in a brutal way I often say : "WITHOUT CORPSE, NO COFFIN"
