I know this is an old post, but this accomplished exactly what I needed. I really appreciate it. It will save hours of time. You should add this to the Autodesk Apps Store.
Re Apps store the code was written by Bill Kramer originally so it would be up to him to post to the Appstore. Then it looks like it was modified again by another.
