Inserting block at multiple files

I want to insert a particular block in multiple files at a particular position. Is there any way to do this in AutoCAD 2D or any script is there for the same?

Copy to clip board and then "Paste to Original Coordinates".

You will have to do this one file at a time. If you have the same file already xrefed into the files you could add the block to that file and it will automatically be in each drawing file.
