Importing settings

My computer was struck by lightning. The motherboard, ram and power unit were destroyed, and the hard drive damaged, but I've managed to get all the information off the hard drive. I had exported my settings in autocad 2019, and I would like to import them onto the new computer. But everything I've found about it on the web simply talks about the settings being exported to a zip file - nowhere can I find what that zip file is called, or where autocad puts it. Can I copy it into autocad on the new computer and import it?
Also, autocad helpfully allowed me to download autocad, but only 2020, for which I don't yet have a license - I have a 2019 license. I've bought myself a backup laptop, and I will use 2020 as a 30 day trial until I get my new PC up and running. I managed to find a website that allowed me to download 2019, but is there a way to download 2019 from Autodesk?
