Implementation of third party software in AUTODESK products

I was hoping that someone could help me concerning if AUTOCAD allows for third-party software implementations.

As an example, if I were to develop a cloud-based API containing custom Python functionalities and a user interface, would it be possible to run it through any of the AUTODESK products such as AUTOCAD?

Simple answer is there is thousands of 3rd party apps out there. 

There is Autodesk developer help which provides info at the very top level but has charges.

It sounds like you have never used python to control Autocad google that 1st. I do not use python.
