I want to add the "break" command to my tool palette

I want to add the "Break" command to my tool palette and when I pick it I want it to prompt me to pick the line I want to break and then allow me to pick the 1st point with a "INT" osnap and then allow me to pick the 2nd point with a "INT" snap.
