I need an easy way to copy and change the annotation scale of all my blocks easily for the company template

Hi, our company requires me to have our drawing template multiplied across all the scales we use, so the designers can just delete the scales they don't use and everything is easy for them.

However, sometimes we need to modify a block which is easy, but then I have to copy it, change the annotation scale and re-align it with the rest, and repeat this for each scale, and this is extremely time consuming.

I have attached my drawing so you can see my situation.

I tried to make an annotative block out of the whole section and just copy that and change the annotation scale, but when I explode or burst, it explodes the blocks as well so I still have to re-insert or copy the blocks.

Any help would be appreciated. Using the blocks pallette is too complex and hard for them, and autocad design centre is not as effective.

What do other AutoCAD managers do when the company says all the annotation scales should be set up within the template?

I am an experienced AutoCAD user, but new to being design manger, and the engineers are beginners in AutoCAD.

Thanks,

Too much information. Make a clear specific example with one or two objects...

1st dwg with a state before,

describe desired changes - or make a video of how you do that manually

2nd dwg with a state after changes done.

Using (command "_.-objectscale" object "a" allows you to add multiple scales to objects sounds like it may be helpful.
