How to make a slide of a given size?

How to make a slide so that from edge to edge of the slide there is only the object itself?

I know you can scale the window for the duration of the slide, but is there another way?

try by going to pspace and creating a vport that is sized accordingly

then go inside that vort and start VSLIDE command

Slides started in the year dot of Acad, when a good screen was color and 640x480, I shrink my Acad/Bricscad screen down to a bit less than a 1/4 screen, I try to only have the objects present I want in the slide then zoom e then zoom 0.9xp and make slides. With 4k monitors now making slides it is a bit hit and miss. 

You can batch make slides using a script etc.
