How do you think of AutoLISP project ideas?

How do you think of tasks to write AutoLISP programs for? My old job was very repetitive and very large projects, so it was easier. At my new job, the projects are small and there is much more variety so I haven't thought of any projects to do. It would be easy if it was a large company and there was a group of people or a CAD manager to brainstorm projects instead of a one man show.

My Autolisp projects usually come from functions that I or others use quite often but is missing from the AutoCAD program. You can also get lots of ideas of wish list items by reading other posts in the AutoCAD forums.

If you do something multi times a day then that may be next task, do you have menus & toolbars, plot routines, visual insert blocks to mention a couple of ideas.
