There are web sites that will do this for you and also a lot of YouTube videos that show you how. 

This guy:   Bing Videos   uses a site called:   Convertio — https://convertio.co/   but there are other sites as well.

Raster image convert OCR can be very hit and miss and tends to work on very simple text fonts very doubtful that the "Special" will be recognised.
