HELP - reset settings on accident

i accidentally  hit the command RS and it said "Macro: Reset Settings". now my stuff seems to be set to default and these little tick marks pop up anywhere i click. they go away when i pan but idk what else might have been reset and now idk how to fix it.

i found the answer for the tick marks after some googling. but not sure how to delete post

BLIPMODE set to OFF
