Having log window and toolpalettes docked on the interface with lisp, possible ?

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out a way to have my log windows and my tool palette docked with the Autocad interface so that it stays like that for everyone.

An image example of what i'm trying to accomplish : 

Is it possible ?

Are you referring to  LOCKUI  = 15 ?

What about saving your workspace?

Following on from @Moshe-A make sure you have autosave on the workspaces turned off, we always had a Users name as a workspace so after setting CAD to how you want it to look, save a workspace. Yes you can set it all up and not save the workspace so next time you open CAD its all gone.
