get the rectangles coordinates at specific manner of point

I have some rectangles which is created by polyline. I want to get coordinates and marked it p1, p2, p3, p4 in a anticlock directions as shown in the drawing and also marked.

can any one help me.

when rectangle is in any rotation as seen my drainwg.

Your drawing apparently has only rectangles, but your image shows that the "rectangles" are not always rectangles, but quadrilaterals.  And both show that they are not always orthogonally oriented, which complicates the determination of which corner is which.  If one might ever be at a 45° angle, as in this image, is the bottom corner the "lower left" or "lower right" corner?

Should P1 to P2 always be along a long edge?
