Generate space that does overlap with manually created spaces

Hello, i am doing areas on a building(school) and am creating spaces. 

My problem is that i want to create a generated space that does not overlap with a manually created space without having to create separation lines all the time.

Is it even possible?

Ex. below, room D200B, D205, D213 is manually created, i want to auto generate room D200A without creating sep lines.

I guess you work with a vertical product, architecture, is it exact ?
Then you must specify it in the tittle to be sure of talking to the good user.

Well, it might be possible if there is some basis or criterion for a routine to discern the extent of the space you want defined.  What could that basis possibly be if you don't tell it?  And how can you possibly tell it without something like drawing a boundary?  If you have answers to those, maybe something can be worked out.

And @-didier- raises a good question:  What kind of thing are the "spaces," and by what method were they "created"?  If they are something that exists in an overlay program but not in vanilla AutoCAD, you may do better in the Forum for that program.
