Fix lisps to use excel 2013 instead of excel 2003

Hi guys,

I have found the following lisp that connect excel and look tables in dynamic blocks.

The video showing this happening is here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zECj7ZMKUSk

The page with the original Russian Lisps are here:
http://forum.dwg.ru/showpost.php?p=292885&postcount=176

And my translation to english of these lisps is attached.

I haven't tested yet because the lisp programmer used excel 2003 (office 11) for this interchange and I just have version 2013 (office 15) installed.

I will try to install excel 2003 just to try it, but if anyone with lisp skills could update the excel version to 2013 and above that would be great.

I think it deserves the attention since this could be a really great possibility.

In some cases, instead of using a block properties table (which can only be one), you could use several lookup tables.

I just don't do it today when I have several rows of information that in the block properties tables can be just pasted from excel and in lookup tables has to be edited row by row.

Anybody could take a look at these lisps and see if you can fix them?

Best regards,
