Hi, Everyone.

I use dimension to display the size of pipe and slope of pipe but the second arrowhead always locate in Ext line 2 ( Pic 1).

Are there any lisp can adjust arrowhead of dimension line always equal with dimension text( Pic 2)

Thank you for reading my topic.

@Nguyenmanhtu.vcc

How did you manage to lose one of the arrowheads?

It looks like you'll have to override the dimension text and then move the dimension point to where you want it.

I forget which dxf code it is, but we could figure that out.

If the distance of manhole more than Pic 1 then the dimension become like this in Pic 3. It makes my drawing not orderly.

One of arrowhead that I lose by uncheck Dim Line 2

Thank you!

This isn't quite what your image shows, but at least the Dimension parts of it are like that, though positioned differently.  If you do the "horizontal position" of the Dimension Text toward one end, and suppress the other end's Dimension Line and both Extension Lines, you can get this:

[along with whatever you have as prefix/suffix in the text content].  If the Dimension is Associative, when it comes out pointing to the wrong end [by whatever criteria you have for that], simply REVERSE-ing the Line gets to go the other way.

Why not use a leader rather than a dim may need a lisp to suit. You control the length etc then.

A few more questions how are you getting size of pipe and slope now. For me it would be a label in CIV3D or Civil Site Design so happen automatically.

Thanks for your advice.

I still want to make the dimension text at center of two dimline. Arrowhead and dimension text locate at Ext Line make me feel my drawing disorderly.

It still looks to me that your dimension text is an override.

If that is the case, then just draw your dimension where you want it to end up.
