embeded acdbtext subwblockclone error

Hello,can anybody help me to solve this problem?my situation decribed as flow:

i have an custom entity which is devired from acdbcurve,which contain a array of acdbentity pointer.and another custom entity derived from that class that aimed to reference a text. but when i copy the created entity ,the autocad info like the picture below.

waiting for masters to help me figureout this problem?

Looks like a problem in your override of clone() or deepClone().  

Are the entities in your array database-resident?

i think there is some problem with the owner or reference object.

this only happened on autocad 2010
