Dynamic Block Visibility State Conflicts w/ Enterprise CUI

Hello all,

I have been developing a series of dynamic blocks, including new title blocks, for my company and we have encountered a problem:

We use an Enterprise CUI that includes a shortcut menu that is accessed by holding the "Shift" key and right-clicking the mouse. However, whenever we use an object visibility state in one of the new dynamic blocks it disables the enterprise shortcut menu and defaults back to the AutoCAD right-click shortcut menu.

Is there a known fix for this error or does anyone have any idea of how it might be fixed? So far the only solution we have found is to reload our enterprise CUI file after using a block's visibility state but, obviously, this is not the most efficient use of time or effort.

Any help you all could give would be excellent. Thank you.

what version of autocad are you using?

is it plain cad or a vertical?

Have you removed the shift+button2 click mapping from the acad.cuix?

have you tried mapping another key option to see if the conflict goes away?

ie: shift+ctrl+button 2

I use dynamic blocks extensively and haven't seen this issue. most of the custom shortcut menus i actually map to toolbar / ribbon buttons instead of the shift+click method. I find some of my users prefer to customize how their right click and middle buttons work.
