Draw polyline with changing linetypescale (not global)

I'm looking for a simple Routine to draw a polyline with a specific linetypscale (not the global one)

If you want to avoid having to set CELTSCALE back afterwards, you can draw it and then use CHPROP to give it a different linetype scale.

But neither of these approaches seems to address the actual wording of your Subject line.  You can't have the linetype scale vary within a single Polyline, if that's what you're asking.
