Disasterous Dynamic Block Creation, Please Help

I have very limited experiece in creating dynamic blocks, and I'm encountering a problem trying to add a "Move" action to a "section cut" block I am designing.  My goal is to move one part of the section cut while the other is locked in position.  The problem is that even though I have selected only the associated attributes to move with that section, the attributes to the section cut I am trying to keep locked in position are the ones moving, and not the ones I have selected. Very confusing and aggrevating, my other similar blocks had no problem with this. When this block is actually tested, it's absolutely disasterous.  Please help!

I have attached a file of this block, notice that the attribute in the section cut above is not visible, I did not change the visibility to do this in the block editor, unless I did by accident somehow.  It also acts differently in the block editor than it does in model space. The problem continues further when changing visibility states.

hi!

I delete old attributes and create new - I think thay have some error

But remember that attributes in block must have unique nama (2 attributes mau not have same name)

And I little update Your block

If You don't want that block is not only horizontal and vertical, in block editor window for polar parameter change Angle type from ncremental to none

Thank you very much! It's very close to what I need, but there are a few other things I need to add to this block.

I definitely didn't know that attributes needed seperate unique tags, this may have been my problem.  I will use your file as a template to recreate what I need.  Thanks again!
