dimensioning the closed polyline poligon

hello all i try to find for the whole morning the routine for doing this in picture bellow, and all i can find is routine for aligned dimensioning the polygon from point to point. but actually i dont want this.

i have polygon on picture and for cuting it, i must order rectangular plates (yellow deshed lines). So for doing that i need automatically dimensioning the poligon on way i do in picture and example. Of course the drawing of yellow dashed lines is not necessary. they are here only for showing how to make dimension lines on plate.

Did someone know where to find routine similar to this, or help me to make it?

The plate doesnt need to be pline like in example. All is global UCS

This dimenzioning is easy if you have one plate but if you have hundreds like i do, its quite boring

Thank you for help

If you're willing to Explode the Polyline, whether or not you rejoin it later, you can use QDIM to do all at once the string of sub-Dimensions along each side.

Is there some reason for the duplicate overall Dimensions on all sides?

Yes i can explode polyline, actually in many cases i dont have it at all. There are just simple lines.

When i use QDIM i must carefully choose the points for making the closest dimension lines to object like given in picture. And if i have holes inside the object (in many cases i have it), which are not shown on the picture(example) Qdim choose them too if i use window select. And i dont want that. I dont want to mess dimension lines for holes and for cuting the edges of plate. The idea was after i draw the dimension lines like in example (picture), with routine, use second lines from object, for holes, because i alredy have routine for spliting dimension line in points.

thats the main reason why i try to use polyline, not to select holes or nothing inside the plate, just to select pline

And to come back to case when i dont have holes (like in example, picture). With QDIM i cant make second and third lines from object, i must use linear command for them. So actually i didnt get nothing in saving drawing time using QDIM. (just saving time in linear and continue line command)

IF there is no chance to make dimensions for cutting edges on the way displayed in example, making the three same dimension lines beside the object on each side suits me too. thats the 380 and 244 lines in example file.

Thank you
