Digital Signature invalid

I have recently digitally signed my app's .mnl file, using the latest AcSignApply.exe from my ACA2018 install. It seems fine on my system, but a customer reports that is invalid on her system.  Image1.png

I have attached a zip file with the signed file. It seems I have no idea how this works - I just used that .exe file as provided. What am I missing?

This is old, but I'll answer anyway. You have to distribute your digital certificate to the other computer and they have to install it.

If your LISP file signature is STILL not accepted on another computer (e.g. signature invalid, file has been modified), try the following:

- move the file to a different folder

- clear the read-only flag on the file

- remove the existing digital signature and save the file

- re-sign the file
