Datalink Specific Cell Filter

Is there a way to call a specific cell and or row from a datalink?  I'd like to make just one datalink to a spreadsheet and incorporate this into a routine that asks for the source unit id and fills out the information in a dynamic block.  From the source unit id (U00001) it would generate the source unit id and description, the wire id (W00001), the source port id (01) and the termination unit id, description, port type and port id (U00002 DATA COMPUTER NIC A).  This photo is a general idea of what I'm looking to generate.  The spreadsheet that is datalinked is linked to a query in an access database.  Open to other ideas if something out there already does what I'm looking to accomplish.
