I'm wondering if there is a source code for PDFIMPORT somewhere so I can learn and customize the way PDFIMPORT works in AutoCAD. I like the existing command but I'd like to add features such as colors for certain text (coloring call-out sheet title, coloring word "wall", etc.), or putting objects into my company designated layers.
I also notice that PDFIMPORT has a distinct feature if you want to bring in raster image. I get some projects that the architect uses image in Revit and mark them up. Hence, when using PDFIMPORT, you lose those images, especially with wall sections. And it takes forever to load those raster images.
Or if someone can help me understand the reconstruction engine PDFIMPORT uses.
