Custom Ribbon not displaying

We are trying to add ribbon under "Partial Customization Files".

As of now our approach is :

Command : CUI

- load one menu(.cuix) file under "Partial Customization Files". For example name is "Test"

- Under the Test one menu "ABC" added and it is working perfectly.

- However if we add one ribbon xyz, it is not displaying.

any suggestion?

Without any information about your TAB definitions? No.
Is your TAB attached to the current Workspace?

(if true, set Workspace current/active again)

ABC and XYZ are a fancy name, what are the realnames and Element-IDs?

If your ribbon tab has been configured in the right way, the tab should be added to all existing workspaces and be visible,

If it is not set like in the screenshot above, you'll need to manually add the ribbon tab to each workspace you want it to be available.

Third option would be to modify your partial CUI and configure the ribbon tab similar to the first screenshot, save the CUI, unload the CUI and reload the CUI, so the tab will be automatically added. Useful option if you have a lot of workspaces where the tab needs to be added.

Not sure what I am doing wrong here...I followed the example shown above "If your ribbon tab has been configured in the right way, the tab should be added to all existing workspaces and be visible" But still nothing shows up by default.  It shows up in the default workspace but will not create a tab in the user interface.  If I manually drag the tab into the current workspace it seems to work fine but I cant seem to get the process to automate.  Any help would be appreciated
