create Field for position of object regardless origin 0,0

Dear All,

I want to create Block of Elevation Marker by using Field, and i don't want to use Origin 0,0 for getting value, instead i want to use manually given line as reference 0,0. Can someone help me how to create block?????

How to change UCS origin in Field as per current UCS origin??? if some one can help me to change origin in field, will help me to solve my problem.

It's not mine, but with 2 blocks, one for reference and the other to determine the level.

If you copy the level block multiple times and do a REGEN the fields will update.

Its almost there and this one i tried, but some where i am doing some mistake. Attached File is for your reference.  I am still no getting the correct values. Even i placed your block.

It seems to work...
I made a basis change in the formulas of the fields which is based on the angle of insertion.
On the other hand, a bug encountered pushes to leave the format of the angles in radians??? (the field of rotations does not keep the choice of any unit)

Thanks brother, It works fine in the attached drawing, but when i placed this block in my working drawing it is again taking other values. Attached profile was only a small part of big layout. and i have many angles and rotation in that drawing, where i have to get levels for every angle. I can add separate blocks in same drawing for each elevation, but i didn't get the idea of changing the angles or field codes inside the block to get exact values for other angles.
