Convert Viewport to XClip

is there any lisp routine to convert a Viewport to XClip? I mean, convert Model Space to Block (Model-Block or any name), insert Model-Block in Layout, and use Xclip to match Viewport, respecting the scales.

IMO, you have to combine CHSPACE command and VPOUTLINE routine and XCLIP and BLOCK commands... So when you think all you need is search www for VPOUTLINE routine and then it's your brainstorming to get it all togrther and make your version that fullfills your needs...
