Change Decimal Places in LISP Table

The attached LISP is not mine. I need some help adjusting the tolerance so that the table data outputs at 1/8" precision. Right now, 4 decimal places is too sensitive and rectangles of similar size are getting counted as separate.

If your drawing unit is an inch, then I think [without trial] that if you just change all instances of (equal) function fuzz factor 1e-8 to 0.125, then things that are within 1/8" of the same size/length will be considered equal.  But you may not want to change all of them.  Consider leaving alone the first one, which is not about size but is checking whether a Polyline is visibly closed even if it's not "closed" as AutoCAD means the word -- that could be a different-enough criterion from the size comparisons that you may want the greater precision for it.
