Here is the source code for Catcurve previously found on the website. I've reached a point that it's better to give it to the community to develop as they might, rather than try to solve all the issues.

Revised DCL interface file for 2015 version. There are errors in the code. MAKECAT and PSHOW in particular. My Autolisp skills were corrupted (by Microstation) after 18 years of neglect.

I think some general comments would be good about what it is your providing.

This may be helpful converts dcl to lsp code. So only 1 file required as dcl lives in the lsp.
