Batch extraction of title block attributes

I need to run a batch search on multiple dwg files in a folder and extract the first five lines in the title block from the attributes editor to Excel. I would not be unhappy if it pulled all the data from the block. I use to accomplish this with a lisp routine, which I have no idea what happen to it.

This will work pretty good for what I am trying to accomplish. I am starting to find that some of these title blocks have been added in Model space and they have even been exploded. This task should be a challenge, but your suggestion is going to really speed things up.
