the above is not clear at all, you need to post sample dwg with before and after state for each block.
about running the lisp automatically on many files you need to create a script file to be run outside autocad

Attached the lisp prepare for run in script, now it does not pause for select object(s) but auto select the 2 blocks in whole drawing (e.g in model space and all layouts)
