How one can get guidance to use AutoLisp for GIS Functionalities of AutoCAD Map 3D? For example Image georeferencing etc.

A question "Image georeferencing" where are the images coming from ? There are many sources available. We used JPG with a corresponding JGW then had a lisp to align all the imported images.

Lisp is probably no the right tool, I would suggest looking into Python

Respected Sir, I am more interested in finding how to add my customized
unit in the unit library of AutoCAD. For example in India, Pakistan and
Bangladesh, Millions of Land Record Mapping sheets use Karam as unit of
length such that "1 Karam = 5.5 ft". How can i add this unit into the
library of AutoCAD Map 3D such that this Karam is available in drop list of
AutoCAD where we select unit of length
