AutoCAD Plot File Name Automation: Plot script/lisp utilizing Sheet Set Manager properties

Is it possible to write a script that plots all layouts in a file (or associated Sheet Set) with each file name compiled from title block field values (Based on attributes of Sheet Set Manager) in each individual layout?

For example;

Red = Sheet Set Property

Orange = Sheet Property

[1]-[2]-[3]-[4] [5] = 376-3-TD-100-00 GA Ground Floor - Detailed Proposal Plans
