Autocad OEM setup

We are facing a problem on Windows 10 with the installation of our OEM based product. The setup seems to be right but some registry keys are not correctly created. The missing keys are OpenLaunch, OpenDDEsvc, openDDEExec that control the multi session and the opening of the dwg when the user double click on a file.

We've checked the MSI file with ORCA and inside we can't find this keys.

The user has administration privileges but is not the administrator user because on windows 10 the account is disabled by default.

We need to solve the problem to make the final user able to install the software by himself.

Thanks

If you're working with the OEM product, you should have access to the ADN forums, where this would be better suited.

Hi

We face the same issue. Did you got a solution from the ADN support?

Thanks for your help.
