According to the documentation:
Rotation
The rotation angle of the characters to be displayed in the linetype. The rotation angle must be prefixed with U=, R=, or A=.
- U= specifies upright or easy-to-read text.
- R= specifies relative or tangential rotation with respect to the line.
- A= specifies absolute rotation of the text with respect to the origin; that is, all text has the same rotation regardless of its position relative to the line.
In your case, the Rotation is prefixed with U and so should be easy to read. When I use you linetypes, I can't get them to show correctly, no matter what I do. Like reverse doesn't have any effect.
The rotation for the special linetypes we use are prefixed with R. This means the orientation of the characters depends on the start - endpoint of a line. If upside down, you can Reverse them to show correct.
