Please disable your firewall and anti-virus programs, and re-download AutoCAD from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Then try the installation again.
Please disable your firewall and anti-virus programs..... ARE YOU SERIOUS? Why do you suppose those things are there in the first place?
To me it looks like you've already downloaded AutoCAD 2017, but the installation seems to fail.
Go to your %TEMP% folder and find the installation log and open it. Here you can see why the installation is failing.
