Arrange overlapping text and make connecting lines

I am looking for a lisp code, that will arrange the overlapping texts and draw connecting lines to show its original position on a ground profile'

Easy just get the right software, this has been produced correctly since the 90's. CIV3D or Civil Site Design. make long and cross sections with this function as standard.
