Align blocks vertically down the right side.

I have a lisp routine that will align multiple different blocks vertically down the left side as shown in the jpg.

How can this be manipulated to align the blocks down the right  side and middle as in the jpg?

I've found a solution in Cadalyst but i would really like to understand how to manipulate this lisp!
