add text value to a block attibute

I have a block with one attribute and text placed near to it. 

I need to add the text value to the attribute.

can anyone help me.

Yes, It working for me. I can copy length value to block ATT ( with TAG "CD") when I select both line and block ATT.

It help me do my work quickly.
