Add text on file text into autocad by command line?

Dear experts

i have the cad files and text files have the same name.

So every day i open text files, copy all text and open autocad to paste on it. I do it manually it's take more time to do it

Have any command or autolisp to do it?

Just drag and drop the text file from windows explorer onto an open Autocad window, it will be placed as Mtext at the point where you release the mouse button.
